Map "West Coast USA ReModeling" (1.0) for BeamNG.drive (0.37.x)

A major overhaul of the original map has been carried out:

• Nearly all asphalt textures have been replaced with new ones;
• Numerous new buildings have been added across the entire map;
• Recognizable food outlets (e.g., McDonald’s and Starbucks) are now included;
• All newly added buildings are fully enterable;
• A wide range of minor yet meaningful improvements have been implemented throughout the map.
